1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bjliv platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "member"). By accessing the bjliv website or application, opening an account, or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms.

bjliv is an online betting and casino gaming platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming products for players in Bangladesh. All services provided on the platform are offered for entertainment purposes.

Alongside these Terms, bjliv's privacy policy, responsible gaming policy, and other applicable guidelines are also considered part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on the bjliv platform:

• Only one account may be created in your name; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You will operate the account on your own behalf; operating an account on behalf of or with the funds of a third party is prohibited.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the area from which you are accessing the platform.

2.1 Responsibility for Account Information

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately.

bjliv accepts no liability for any loss or fraud arising from sharing account details.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bjliv strictly follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Where required, we may ask you to submit the following documents:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Bank account statement or mobile banking statement
• Proof of current address (utility bill or equivalent)
• Selfie or photo (if required)

bjliv reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold until verification is complete. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in the account being temporarily or permanently closed.

3.1 Accuracy of Documents

Submitting false or altered documents is a serious violation. In such cases, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bjliv supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is successfully received, it is generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bjliv offers various bonuses and promotional offers for members. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 → Maximum ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳47,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The same member may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• If evidence of misuse of any promotion is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires.
• Multiple accounts or members of the same household may not claim the same bonus.
• bjliv reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the bjliv platform is governed by specific rules. Each game or betting market has its own specific rules.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• bjliv reserves the right to cancel any bet placed due to a technical error.
• If incorrect odds or prices are displayed in any market, bjliv may cancel the relevant bets.
• In the event of any dispute over the determination of a result, bjliv's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Gaming Fairness

All casino games and slot games on the bjliv platform are supplied by recognised game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming). Game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every round is completely fair and independent.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjliv platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and balances may be forfeited:

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
• Creating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Hacking, cheating, or manipulation of platform systems
• Betting via software bots or automated methods
• Betting or gaming on behalf of a third party
• Harassment or deception of other members
• Operating an account using a false identity

8 Limitation of Liability

By using the bjliv platform, you acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk. bjliv accepts no liability for the following:

• Financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting or gaming
• Bets lost due to internet connection failure
• Losses arising from the actions of third parties
• Losses resulting from unauthorised use of account details
• Temporary service disruptions caused by technical errors

10 Account Suspension & Closure

bjliv reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Providing false information or concealing identity
• Non-cooperation with KYC verification
• At the account holder's request (voluntary closure)
• Self-exclusion due to responsible gaming reasons

10.1 Balance upon account closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, the balance may be forfeited. However, any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned through the standard withdrawal process, provided all withdrawal conditions are met.
